Return Policy

Our office hours are 8am – 5pm Mon – Fri PST (excluding holidays). Please keep this in mind when you are expecting a response. We respond to all email requests within 24 hours of receipt. 

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (which we know you will be!), returns are eligible for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns past the 2 week mark will not be accepted, and will be sent back at the customers expense. If you would like to return an item, please visit our contact page & email us prior.

* Items that are UNWORN & unwashed

* Items free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke

* Items purchased @ regular price!

WHAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED?

* Items that have been worn or washed

* Items that smell of perfume or cigarette smoke

* Items with dog hair, makeup, or deodorant

*Graphic tee's, bodysuits, active wear

* Sweatshirts, leggings

* Items purchase during a SALE, sale items

* Accessories

* Items purchased with store credit OR a discount code

CANCELLATION POLICY - CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.

EXCHANGES:

Items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Our inventory is constantly changing and very limited, so doing so will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. If the desired item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

HOW DO I GET STORE CREDIT?

Store credit will be issued via email as a gift card, it will expire after 60 days and is Final Sale.

 PLEASE NOTE:

* Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery date

* Please note we only accept 5 returns per year per customer!
