Our office hours are 8am – 5pm Mon – Fri PST (excluding holidays). Please keep this in mind when you are expecting a response. We respond to all email requests within 24 hours of receipt.
We want you to absolutely love your Haute Fox purchase!! If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any approved/eligible items for a store credit within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returns past the 7 day mark or returns that are not approved will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense with a 20% restock fee.
If you return a final sale item or send an item that has not be approved for return there will also be a 20% restocking fee charged to the customer on top of return shipping fee amount.
If you would like to return an item PLEASE email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) your order number & the item(s) that you’d like to return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (this includes discount codes).
WHAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED?
* Items purchased at pop-up/ in person events
* Items with original tags not attached
* Items that are white
*Graphic tee's, bralettes, bodysuits, active wear
* Sweatshirts, leggings
* Items purchase during a SALE, sale items
* Items purchased with store credit OR a discount code
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
We do NOT accept cancellations or exchanges.
